Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that due to the nature of certain gardening products, some items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons (see exceptions below).
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your gardening products:
Step 1: Submit Your Return/Exchange Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:
Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]

I would like to request a [return/exchange] for my recent order.
Order Information:
– Order Number: [Your Order Number] – Order Date: [Date of Order] – Product(s) to Return: [Product Name(s)] – Reason for Return/Exchange: [Please provide details] – Preferred Resolution: [Refund/Exchange for specific product]
I confirm that the items are in their original condition and packaging.

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our customer service team will review your request and email you within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions and return address
- Any special instructions for your specific items
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please ensure:
- Items are in original condition with tags and packaging
- Include the original packing slip or order confirmation
- Write the return authorization number on the outside of the package
- Use a trackable shipping method
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return:
- We’ll inspect the items within 3-5 business days
- Process your refund or ship your exchange
- Send you a confirmation email
Refund Information
Refund Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your PayPal account
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Information
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- Standard shipping charges apply for the new item
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- If it costs more, we’ll invoice you for the balance
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used pest control products (Bug killer, Pest & disease control, Bird deterrents)
- Opened fertilisers and plant food
- Used lawn care products
- Opened compost, manure, or soil improvers
- Cut or opened artificial grass and lawn turf
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Used gardening tools with visible wear
Damaged or defective items from these categories will be replaced at our discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging
- We’ll arrange for replacement shipping at no cost to you
